2. What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns are only accepted for faulty items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Email us first with your proof of purchase for approval.
Exchanges for sizing are accepted within 7 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and postage fees are non-refundable. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. When will my order be dispatched and how long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch your order next business day. Shipping times depend on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 2-7 business days within Australia.
